Job summary

BestOption Management Consultants Inc is seeking a full-time HR Coordinator to join our team in Manila City, Metro Manila. The role bridges HR operations and business objectives, delivering essential HR services and supporting a positive employee experience.

You will process records, assist with recruitment, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR reporting while maintaining HR databases and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Processing and maintaining employee records, including recruitment documentation, leave requests, and personnel files.
• Supporting the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and assisting with onboarding procedures.
• Assisting with the administration of employee benefits, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
• Scheduling and arranging meetings, training sessions, and HR-related events.
• Providing general administrative support to the HR team and responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
