Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Supervisor to lead a team of HR professionals, oversee recruitment, onboarding, and benefit administration, and ensure policy compliance across the Cavite office. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will drive HR initiatives, analytics, and regulatory adherence to support business goals.

You will collaborate with management to enhance employee experience, implement HR best practices, and maintain accurate HR records for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of HR supervisory experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of Philippines HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Proven ability to lead and develop an HR team.
• Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting.

About the role

As an HR Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the human resources functions for our dynamic organization. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across our Bacoor City Cavite office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our HR practices and drive positive change within the company.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and developing a team of HR coordinators and specialists to deliver exceptional HR services

• Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience

• Administering employee benefits, leave management, and other HR-related programmes

• Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including performance management and employee relations

• Identifying and implementing HR best practices to enhance the overall employee experience

• Collaborating with the HR Manager to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations

• Maintaining accurate records and generating HR reports to inform decision-making

What we're looking for

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in the Philippines

• Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations

• Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable to the Philippine context

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
