BestOption Management Consultants Inc is seeking a full-time HR Coordinator to join our Manila team. You will support HR operations, maintain records, assist with recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and payroll coordination, and help ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
• Understanding of Philippine HR laws and practices.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain employee records and recruitment files.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and recruitment activities.
• Administer benefits, payroll coordination, and policy compliance.
• Schedule meetings, trainings, and HR events.
• Respond to employee inquiries and maintain HR databases.
• Assist with HR reports and engagement activities.
