Job summary

Ecology Energy Corporation is seeking an HR professional to support employee relations within the Philippines. The role involves handling workplace concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters, and conducting initial fact-finding and investigations as needed.

You will prepare HR communications, maintain confidential records, ensure policy compliance, and advise employees and supervisors on HR procedures. Strong communication, documentation, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–3 years HR experience, preferably in Employee/Labor Relations.
  • Knowledge of employee discipline, grievance handling, and HR policies.
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent documentation, report-writing, and organizational skills.
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to employees and supervisors regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and promote positive employee relations.
  • Coordinate with department heads and management regarding employee concerns.
  • Monitor employee attendance, performance, and behavioral concerns as needed.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure HR practices and employee relations processes comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
