Mulson's Trading Corporation is seeking an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, focusing on employee coordination, recruitment, deployment, attendance monitoring, training, and handling employee concerns.
The role works closely with employees, agencies, and multiple departments to ensure proper HR processes, policy implementation, and accurate records, while maintaining confidentiality. A Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of HR experience are preferred.
The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day HR operations of the company, with a focus on employee coordination, recruitment, deployment, attendance monitoring, training, and employee concerns. The role works closely with employees, agencies, and different departments to ensure smooth manpower coordination and proper implementation of HR processes and company policies.
Coordinate with manpower agencies and internal departments regarding staffing and manpower requirements.
Assist in recruitment activities, including applicant screening, initial interviews, coordination of schedules, and endorsement of qualified candidates.
Assist in the onboarding and deployment of newly hired employees and sales personnel.
Coordinate training schedules and assist in organizing training activities for new and existing employees.
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and coordinate with the appropriate department or supervisor for proper resolution.
Monitor employee attendance, schedules, deployment, and other related personnel records.
Maintain updated employee, manpower, and deployment records and ensure that information is properly documented.
Assist in monitoring employee performance and coordinate with supervisors regarding performance concerns and evaluations.
Prepare and maintain manpower rosters, schedules, and other HR-related monitoring reports.
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of HR-related budgets, personnel expenses, and other administrative requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, employee coordination, or a related role.
Experience in handling field personnel, sales staff, or manpower agencies is an advantage.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
