TeamRidemax Philippines is seeking an HR professional to support employee relations and engagement activities. The role requires assisting with counseling, fact-finding, and documentation, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
The candidate should have 2–3 years in HR, be comfortable working onsite in Manresa, Quezon City, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with events and programs is a plus.
Employee Relations
Assist in handling and documenting employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
Support HR in conducting employee counseling, fact-finding, and employee relations activities.
Assist in monitoring and addressing employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases and related documentation.
Help communicate and implement company policies, rules, and procedures.
Assist in preparing notices, memos, and other employee relations documents.
Escalate sensitive or complex employee relations issues to the HR Manager or appropriate HR personnel.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing employee engagement activities, events, and programs.
Help organize company celebrations, team-building activities, employee recognition programs, wellness activities, and other HR initiatives.
Assist in preparing communication materials, announcements, surveys, and engagement-related content.
Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information and HR records.
Perform other HR-related duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
With 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to Employee Relations and Employee Engagement.
Experience in organizing employee activities, company events, or engagement programs is an advantage.
Good understanding of basic HR practices, employee relations, and workplace policies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Proactive, approachable, and comfortable interacting with employees at different levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willing to work onsite and participate in company activities and HR programs.
Amenable to work onsite in Manresa, Quezon City.
