Crackerjack Corporation is seeking an HR Coordinator to act as the liaison between clients and deployed employees in the Pampanga area. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and HR administration.
You will maintain onboarding records, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws while supporting client requirements. This position involves site visits and potential travel, with a focus on timely HR processes and accurate documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and deployed employees.
Coordinate manpower requirements, employee concerns, and HR-related requests with the client.
Maintain regular communication with client representatives regarding employee performance, attendance, and operational concerns.
Ensure timely dissemination of company policies, client guidelines, and announcements to employees.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor employee welfare and client satisfaction.
Address employee concerns, complaints, and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and supervisors.
Counsel employees regarding company policies, attendance, workplace behavior, and disciplinary matters.
Conduct employee interviews regarding incidents, complaints, or workplace concerns.
Assist in implementing employee engagement and retention programs.
Promote a positive working relationship between employees and management.
Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants for manufacturing positions.
Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requests and staffing requirements.
Schedule applicants for interviews, examinations, and deployment.
Prepare pre-employment requirements and onboarding documents.
Ensure newly hired employees complete all required employment documents prior to deployment.
Conduct employee orientation regarding company policies, code of conduct, benefits, and workplace rules.
Explain client-specific policies and work expectations.
Coordinate employee deployment schedules with clients and operations.
Maintain accurate onboarding records.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, overtime, and absences.
Coordinate attendance discrepancies with employees and supervisors.
Validate timesheets and attendance records before payroll processing.
Prepare attendance reports as required by management.
Coordinate payroll-related concerns such as attendance adjustments, overtime, leave applications, and salary inquiries.
Assist employees with government benefit concerns (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
Coordinate enrollment and updating of employee benefits.
Ensure timely submission of payroll-related documents.
Maintain accurate employee 201 files and HR records.
Prepare employment contracts, memoranda, notices, certifications, and other HR documents.
Process leave applications, employment certifications, and personnel requests.
Monitor contract expiration and employee status.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
Assist in the implementation of disciplinary procedures.
Prepare Incident Reports (IR), Notice to Explain (NTE), Notices of Decision, and other disciplinary documents.
Coordinate administrative hearings and investigations when necessary.
Ensure proper documentation of employee disciplinary cases.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and client requirements.
Monitor employee compliance with company rules, safety regulations, uniforms, and workplace standards.
Assist during internal and external audits related to HR documentation.
Maintain updated records required by government agencies and clients.
Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
Submit manpower status reports, attendance reports, employee movement reports, and recruitment updates.
Monitor employee turnover and attrition reports.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
Coordinate training schedules and employee development activities.
Perform administrative support duties for the HR Department.
Perform other HR-related duties that may be assigned by the HR Manager, HR Supervisor, or Management.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the garments manufacturing industry, manpower agency, or manufacturing environment.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in HR are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
Basic knowledge of payroll and timekeeping processes.
Knowledge of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to prepare HR reports and maintain employee records.
