Job summary

SHIMIZU-FUJITA-TAKENAKA-EEI JOINT VENTURE in the Philippines seeks an HR professional to manage employment contracts for new hires, conduct onboarding orientations, and monitor contract renewals with precise documentation for signoffs.

You will issue notices for salary or position changes, ensure compliance with Philippine labor law, handle government mandated services and benefits, and maintain accurate employee records and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology or Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue employment contracts for new employees.
• Conduct orientation regarding employment contract cycle.
• Monitor contracts and renewals; prepare documents and route for signatures.
• Prepare notices for salary, site location, or position changes.
• Prepare and issue end of contract notices; ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Law.
• Prepare acceptance letters upon resignation receipt.
• Process government mandated services and benefits; liaise with SSS/PhilHealth/BIR/HDMF.
• Declare new and separated employees for policy coverage; file claims via online or manual systems.
• Maintain employee records and coordinate with payroll, banks and insurers.
• Distribute HMO cards within five working days.
