Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE and other government regulations.
• Prepare and maintain mandatory HR records and reports.
• Administer employee benefits and government contributions.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and HR documentation.
• Assist in policy implementation and performance management.
• Coordinate HR audits and compliance activities.
