Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from manpower request to hiring endorsement.
• Coordinate interviews, consolidate evaluations, and recommend candidates for hiring approval.
• Prepare, discuss, and endorse job offers for management approval and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules and ensure completion of employment documentation.
• Plan, organize, and execute monthly employee engagement activities and programs.
• Prepare labor relations documentation and support administrative hearings; ensure due process.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of HR staff and prepare recruitment status reports.
