• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement updates to national labor laws and standards.
• Audit employee records, onboarding docs, and leave credits for compliance.
• Ensure timely filings with government agencies and reporting.
• Assist with disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievances per due process.
• Identify HR regulatory risks and propose preventive action plans.
