About the role

The HR Associate – Compliance Officer ensures that all company policies, procedures, and workforce practices align with national, regional, and local labor laws and regulations. This role is responsible for auditing HR records, managing labor compliance risks, drafting compliance policies, and serving as the primary point of contact for internal HR regulatory audits.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, interpret, and implement updates regarding national labor laws, statutory benefits, minimum wage, and working condition standards.
• Conduct periodic internal audits of employee records, contracts, onboarding documents, and leave credits to guarantee 100% data privacy and legal compliance.
• Ensure timely filing and compliance with required government agencies and administrative reporting bodies.
• Assist in handling employee disciplinary actions, administrative investigations, and grievances in strict accordance with due process requirements.
• Identify potential HR legal risks and recommend preventive action plans to mitigate workforce liabilities.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Legal Management, or a related field.
