EXL Service Philippines, Inc. is seeking an HRBP Supervisor to manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations for assigned business units. The role ensures alignment of HR practices with organizational goals and provides guidance on policies and procedures to employees and managers.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, and excellent communication skills. Onsite work with a mid-to-night shift is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years HR experience, preferably as HRBP or generalist.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite and adapt to mid-to-night shift schedules.
• Direct exposure to leadership and executives.
• Translate data into insights and actionable business recommendations.
• Designed retention strategies and attrition glidepaths.
• Led organizational changes (restructuring, transitions, new programs).

Responsabilidades

• Assist in implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs across the business unit.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and pre-employment medical requirements.
• Partner with managers to address workforce planning, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR concerns and escalate issues as needed.
