Job summary

EXL Talent Acquisition Team in the Philippines seeks an HR Compliance Senior Executive to ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies. You will monitor regulatory developments, design and implement compliance programs, and guide risk mitigation across the organization.

You will conduct internal reviews, provide expert advisory to business leaders, and maintain documentation and reporting for management, while collaborating with Legal, Payroll, and Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR compliance, labor relations, or employment law-focused HR roles.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, employment standards, and relevant regulations, including the Philippine Labor Code.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in local labor laws and regulations and assess impact on policies and operations.
• Translate legal requirements into clear HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct internal reviews of HR processes, records, and systems to identify compliance gaps and risks.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, wages, leave administration, and non-discrimination matters.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare compliance reports for management.
