Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, HR-related certification or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years of HR experience, ideally in the BPO industry.
• At least 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Healthcare services knowledge or experience.
• Expertise in talent management, employee relations, organizational design and change management.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and contribute to business strategy.
• Excellent communication, influencing, coaching and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Experience using HR analytics, including reporting, attrition and retention analysis, and engagement insights, to support decision-making.
• Deep knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver impactful results.
• Strong attention to detail, openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mid to late shifts based on business needs.
• Commitment to customer centricity, integrity, teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, including workforce planning and organizational design.
• Act as a trusted adviser to leadership by providing insights on talent trends and workforce challenges.
• Lead change management initiatives that support business transformation.
• Drive end-to-end talent management processes, including performance management and leadership development.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to close skill gaps and future capability needs.
• Identify high-potential talent and implement retention and growth strategies.
• Design and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement and inclusion.
• Partner with leadership to foster a positive work environment aligned with company values.
• Support employees by addressing concerns and maintaining confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to implement consistent policies across the organization.
• Use HR analytics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
• Partner with Total Rewards teams to support competitive pay structures and compensation reviews.
