Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in multi-location settings.
• Strong HR generalist background with knowledge of labor regulations.
• Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and workforce planning.
• Leadership, analytics and communication skills with change-management experience.

Job description

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Full Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute HR strategies and programs across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational objectives.
• Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning to enable sustainable business growth.
• Develop and implement retention strategies to manage employee turnover, strengthen workforce stability, and enhance the overall employee experience.
• Utilize HR analytics, workforce dashboards, and employee feedback to identify trends, address organizational needs, and inform data-driven HR decisions.
• Collaborate with business leaders and key stakeholders on employee relations, organizational transformation, culture development, change management, and other strategic HR matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, ideally within dynamic, multi-location organizations.
• Strong HR business partnering and generalist background, with comprehensive knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and labor regulations.
• Proven track record in stakeholder engagement, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and employee retention programs.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication capabilities, with demonstrated experience in culture development, change management, and organizational transformation.
