Job summary

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in progressive HR leadership, strong HR business partnering, and a proven track record in Labor regulations, culture building, and organizational transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in multi-site settings.
• Strong HR business partnering and generalist experience with labor regulations.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management, workforce planning, talent management, and retention.
• Strong track record in culture building and organizational transformation with analytical and communication skills.

• Lead and execute HR strategies across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational goals.
• Drive employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives to support business growth.
• Develop programs to strengthen employee retention, manage attrition, and enhance the overall employee experience.
• Use HR analytics, dashboards, and employee feedback to identify workforce trends and support informed decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders on employee relations, organizational change, culture development, transformation, and other HR matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
