Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or related field.

• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Experience leading change management and comms initiatives.
• Proficient in HR systems, especially Workday.

About the job HR Business Partner Manager

• Spearhead the development and implementation of talent strategies for a designated line of service
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent management and capability development
• Build and sustain high-performing, inclusive team environments across the employee lifecycle

What You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related discipline
• At least 10 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in an HR Business Partner or Talent Consultant role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in strategic workforce planning and succession management
• Strong stakeholder management and business advisory skills
• Experience leading change management and communication planning initiatives
• Proficiency in HR systems, particularly Workday
