Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in multi-site organizations.
• Strong HR business partnering and generalist expertise with knowledge of employee relations and labor laws.
• Experience in stakeholder management, workforce planning, talent management, engagement and retention strategies.
• Ability to lead culture-building, change management and organizational transformation with analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee HR strategies and initiatives across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and organizational goals.
• Drive employee engagement, talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning initiatives to support business growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention, manage attrition, and strengthen the overall employee experience.
• Leverage HR analytics, dashboards, and employee feedback mechanisms to identify workforce trends, address concerns, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders on employee relations, organizational transformation, culture building, change management, and HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within fast-paced, multi-site organizations.
• Strong HR business partnering and generalist expertise, with solid knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and applicable labor laws.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead culture-building, change management, and organizational transformation initiatives with strong analytical and communication skills.
