This onsite role requires mid-to-night shift availability, strong labor law knowledge, and the ability to translate data into insights for leadership decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, preferably in a business partner or HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite and adapt to mid-to-night shift schedules.
