Job summary

WNS Global Services, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR leader for an HR Manager/HRBP role. Candidates should have deep HR experience in a BPO environment with strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years in HR, including 3–5 years as HR Manager/HRBP for large accounts, and comfort with shift schedules. Location is Bridgetowne/Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in HRM, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of work experience in HR.
• 3–5 years as HR Manager/HRBP for large accounts in BPO.
• Experience in HR Analytics, Reports, Attrition Analysis.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and Government Mandated Benefits.
• Familiar with shift work if needed.
• Willing to work in Bridgetowne/Eastwood City - Libis, Quezon City.

• Must have at least 6 years of work experience in HR.
• At least 3 - 5 year(s) of work experience as an HR Manager/HRBP is required for this position.
• Must have experience in handling large accounts within a BPO setting.
• Must have worked in HR within the BPO industry.
• Strong experience in Human Resources (Case Management, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations) is required.
• Must be knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and Government Mandated Benefits.
• Must be familiar in doing HR Analytics, Reports, Attrition Analysis and computing metrics.
• Must have background in Legal/Labor Relations
• Must be amenable to work on shiftingschedule if needed.
• Must be willing to work in Bridgetowne/Eastwood City - Libis, Quezon City.
