Job summary

WNS is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in Quezon City to plan, implement, and evaluate employee relations and HR policies. You will coach managers, resolve grievances, and maintain HR records to support organizational goals.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in HRBP/employee relations, knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and strong communication skills; BPO experience is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is welcome.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR business partner or employee relations experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws.
• Experience in the BPO industry preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.

• Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
