Job summary

A staffing agency in Quezon City is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead Talent Acquisition strategies. The candidate will manage HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws, while also overseeing employee relations and conflict resolution. A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and over 5 years of HR experience are required. Experience in BPO or fast-paced environments is an advantage. This is an on-site position.
