• Performance & Talent Management: oversee appraisals, drive engagement, and support succession planning for key roles.
• HR Operations & Governance: ensure compliance with labor laws, manage HR metrics, and enforce company policies.
• Leadership: coach and manage the HR team to meet SLAs and project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• BSHRDM/any related course
• At least 3 years experience in the different fields of HR, preferably with employee relations, recruitment, training and compensation and benefits exposure.
• Ability to craft and analyze data to influence decision-making.
• Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including Philippine labor and employment laws.
