• Looking for an HR professional with 6 to 10 yrs of HRBP experience with reputed organizations in Philippines. Our client is a large conglomerate which is setting up large scale operations in the Philippines.
• The person should be well versed with all key HR processes and labour law of Philippines
• Salary will be competitive and huge potential for growth in this role

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support large-scale operational setup.

Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment and headcount planning to meet aggressive growth targets.

Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

Labor Law Compliance: Ensure all HR policies, contracts, and practices are strictly aligned with Philippines Labor Laws (DOLE).

Policy Development: Create and localize HR handbooks, compensation structures, and benefit programs for the new workforce.

Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives to build a high-performance culture and maintain high employee retention during the ramp-up.
