Job summary

MangoJob- Recruitment Platform | Jobs & Hiring App seeks an HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance, and organizational needs.

The successful candidate should be organized, capable in the field, and able to work professionally with the assigned team in Pasig on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering or senior generalist responsibility.
• Strong HR generalist and business partnering experience.
• Good knowledge of Philippine labor practices and employee relations.
• Able to influence leaders using data and practical HR judgment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Review workforce trends, retention risks, and employee feedback.
• Coordinate HR programs with recruitment, compensation, learning, and operations teams.
