Confidential Careers is seeking a proactive HR Manager (Business Partnering) to support the execution of human resource programs and employee relations initiatives within a dynamic multi-site operations environment.

This role serves as a key HR partner to operations leaders, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, employee programs, compliance initiatives, and workforce administration while fostering a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years HR experience in labor relations, talent management, employee engagement, and data management.
• Experience in operations-driven industries preferred (retail, food service, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, etc.).
• Ability to handle confidential information and employee concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Willing to travel and support both office-based and field-based operations.
• Must be willing to work in the areas of South Luzon.

Responsabilités

• Implement and coordinate HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, and people-focused activities across assigned business units.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including transfers, promotions, confirmations, regularizations, and separations.
• Support administration of employee benefits programs, enrollment activities, and claims processing with shared services.
• Facilitate employee relations cases, disciplinary processes, investigations, and due process while ensuring policy compliance.
• Serve as a trusted HR contact for managers and employees on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and people management practices.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote communication, collaboration, and organizational culture.
• Support compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and internal HR policies across locations.
• Partner with operations leaders to implement HR solutions that support business objectives.
• Assist in design and execution of localized employee programs and organizational initiatives.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and HR records with accuracy and timeliness.
