Job summary

You will partner with operations leaders to implement policies, programs, compliance, and workforce administration while fostering a positive employee experience.

The role requires at least 5 years in HR, with experience in labor relations, talent management, engagement, and data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HR with labor relations, talent management, engagement and data management.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiation and decision-making.
• Willing to travel and support both office-based and field operations.
• Willing to work in South Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate HR programs, engagement initiatives across units.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes: transfers, promotions, regularizations, separations.
• Administer benefits programs with shared services coordination.
• Facilitate employee relations cases, investigations, and due process.
• Serve as HR partner to managers and employees on workplace concerns.
• Drive engagement to improve communication and culture.
• Support labor law compliance and internal HR policies across locations.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to implement HR solutions.
• Assist in designing localized employee programs.
• Prepare HR reports and records with accuracy.
