Safc is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support across North Luzon from its base in Urdaneta, Pangasinan. The role partners with branch leaders on manpower planning, recruitment, engagement, and retention, ensuring policy compliance and effective employee relations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in HR, strong communication, and willingness to travel extensively. Bachelor’s degree in HR/psychology/business is required, with experience supporting multiple branches

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably as HRBP or HR Generalist.
• Experience supporting multiple branches or geographically dispersed teams is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within North Luzon.
• Willing to be based in Urdaneta, Pangasinan.
