Job summary

Brickmill Corporation in Makati is seeking a motivated HR Generalist to support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.

You will maintain candidate databases, coordinate interviews, assist payroll and benefits, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and help implement company policies while preserving confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
  • 1–2 years HR experience.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 8 hours daily; Makati.

  • Coordinate interviews and pre-employment requirements.
  • Assist onboarding and orientation of new hires.

  • Prepare employee records for attendance, leaves, and benefits.
  • Coordinate with payroll and HR to ensure accurate information.
  • Address employee concerns and support policy implementation.
  • Maintain HR documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Support training and development activities.
  • Provide general HR and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination of applicants.
  • Coordinate interviews and pre-employment requirements.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of newly hired employees.
  • Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment records.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records related to attendance, leaves, benefits, and other HR-related documents.
  • Coordinate with payroll and other relevant departments to ensure accurate employee information.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding company benefits and HR policies.
Employee Relations
  • Address employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues.
  • Help implement company policies, rules, and procedures.
  • Assist in disciplinary documentation and employee-related investigations when necessary.
  • Promote positive employee engagement and workplace relationships.
Business & HR Compliance
  • Ensure HR processes and documentation are aligned with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee files and records.
  • Assist in preparing documents and reports required for internal and external compliance.
  • Monitor important HR-related deadlines and requirements.
Training & Development
  • Assist in identifying employee training needs.
  • Coordinate training sessions, seminars, and employee development activities.
  • Maintain training records and monitor employee participation.
  • Support programs designed to improve employee skills, performance, and engagement.
Administrative Support
  • Provide general administrative and HR support to management and employees.
  • Prepare HR reports, documents, and correspondence as needed.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties that may be assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day.
  • Willing to work in Makati.
