The role also covers onboarding, induction training, updating job descriptions, maintaining the employee database and recruitment tracker, preparing HR documents, and supporting employee engagement activities and HR policy trainings.

Responsibilities

• Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers.
• Attracting candidates through various channels like hiring portal's, social media, and professional networks.
• Reviewing resumes and screening candidates.
• Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
• Completing the background verification of candidates
• Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.
• Managing the sourcing portals
• Onboarding the new employees.
• Providing induction training and policy trainings to the employees whenever needed.
• Revising and maintaining the employee JDs.
• Taking care of employee engagement activities like celebrating birthdays, event's, work anniversaries etc.
• Maintaining & updating Employee database.
• Preparation of HR documents like HR letters, Forms, etc.
• Assisting the HR Head in any other HR activities.
• Maintaining up to date Recruitment tracker and interview tracker
