Job summary

ACCPRO International in Makati seeks an experienced HR Operations Lead to manage talent onboarding and employee lifecycle data across the team. You will oversee daily case management, process efficiency, and SOP improvements while acting as SME for queries and training delivery.

You will also support hiring efforts, develop team competency plans, and ensure service levels and stakeholder relationships meet expectations in a fast-paced shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in people/HR management and lifecycle.
• Experience in shared services and handling international candidates preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent/onboarding/employee lifecycle data management.
• Manage daily operations including case management and requests.
• Act as SME/escalation for process queries and training delivery.
• Support hiring and development plans; ensure SOPs and tools are up to date.
• Monitor service delivery, SLAs, and team utilization.
• Prepare HR workload and performance reports; coordinate status reports.
