Devex Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Associate to handle end-to-end hiring activities and workforce planning within the HR team. The role involves advertising openings, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and preparing new-hire documents, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Description of Responsibilities:
1. Advertise job openings on different sourcing tools such as but not limited to social media and other job advertisement sites
2. Collaborate with immediate heads to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties and responsibilities, qualifications and skills of respective request for the open positions
3. Sourcing of candidates for vacant positions based on the MRF/JD provided
4. Review candidate applications/pre screened from various job ads platform
5. Facilitate the hiring process (screening, interviews, selection, background investigation, completion of pre-employment requirements and others)
6. Conduct initial interview phone screening, face to face meet up as needed for qualified candidates or maybe sometimes via google meet, depending on the circumstances
7. Preparation and issuance of employee ID and contracts/transfer movement of workers/rescue documents
8. Facilitate ATM card application of new employees, coordination with the accredited payroll bank
9. Endorsement/introduction of newly hired employees to designated departments.
10. Timely coordination with Timekeeping for all newly hired employees, transfer of movement of workers and others
11. Ensure that new employees signed all the required company hiring forms and other government forms forwarded to Compensation and benefits for updating with the government agency concern
12. Double check the information of newly hired for 201 filing and database recording
13. Weekly update and monitoring of employee Master list
14. Submission of accurate Manpower report for the Department monthly reporting to the COO
15. Prepares and maintain employee's 201 files.
16. Prepares detailed information of new employees to Compensation & Benefits for payroll purposes
17. Coordinate with other departments within the company as necessary.
18. Organized safekeeping of department's documents more so on 201 file.
19. Maintain confidentiality of all HR record and files
20. Preparation of weekly, monthly reports.
21. Other tasks assigned from time to time-
Qualifications:1. Bachelor degree preferably psychology graduate
2. 2 years or more working experience as recruitment associate
3. Keen on details and can work under pressure with minimum supervision
4. Good in verbal and writing skills
5. Willing to extend long hours when required
6. Familiarity with HR practices
7. Can do multi -tasking and can start ASAP
