Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, BA or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in Operations or Generalist roles.
• Knowledge of HR administration, employee records, timekeeping, benefits, and labor standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and HR files.
• Process HR documents, forms, and memos.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, undertime, overtime, and timekeeping.
• Assist in administering employee benefits and government-m mandated benefits.
• Support HR policy communication and policy compliance.
• Prepare regular HR reports and maintain HR databases.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding processes and clearance requirements.
• Coordinate orientation and HR announcements.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR programs.
• Assist in performance management and development initiatives.
