Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Full Time HR Administrator for a 6-month probationary period. The role is onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City, with work hours 10AM–7PM and a 6-month probation.

Key duties include onboarding, background checks, payroll reporting, benefits administration, and policy updates. The position involves coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining HR records, dashboards, and assisting in compliance audits.

Responsibilities

• Managing orientation and on- boarding process for employees and interns.
• Monitoring of completion of all JO attachments
• Pre-employment requirement discussion
• Collection and monitoring of complete 201 requirements
• Scheduling of pre-employment medical examination
• Endorsement for processing of background check of new hires
• Monitors result and provide updates with stakeholders and Hiring Managers on the results of the preemployment medical exam and background check
• Analysis of reports from Vendors
• Generate, update and report the department's dashboards
• Notarization and tracking of employment contracts
• Handle offboarding documentation, preparation of Clearance, exit interview forms, release of final pay
• Handle employee issues such as disciplinary actions, issuance of Notice to Explain, among others
• Research, implement and support in administering all company benefit plans. Manage annual renewals and open enrollment.
• Support with employee leaves, helping to draft and coordinate required documentation and notifications.
• Assist in reporting and documenting worker's compensation incidents and claims.
• Maintain Human Resource records that meet stakeholder information needs
• Support the management team providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Maintain and conduct the performance evaluation cycle, including training staff how to complete the form and make sure all staff complete their reflections.
• Identify and work with external HR or other consultants on special projects as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to the Management Team for improvement of organizations policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.
• Records management and supporting as needed in processing and coordinating payroll.
• Updates employment information of new hires and active personnel
• Preparation of reports for payroll and government contributions, among others
• Assist with wellness, event planning, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, and special projects/committees.
• Assist in shaping and improving Brighter Beginnings work culture and values.
• Assist with HR work investigations as needed.
• Assist with annual compliance audits set by our grants and internal audits.
• Perform other HR-related tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
