Job summary

Citiworks Manpower Resources, Corp. is seeking an HR Generalist to join on-site in Pasig. You will prepare, process, and maintain employee records and HR documents, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

You will support onboarding and offboarding, update HR databases, prepare reports, and assist with employee relations while complying with labor regulations and company policies. 1 year of HR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/psych/business or related field.
• At least 1 year of HR experience is required.
• Knowledge of HR documentation, employee relations, and labor laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and maintain employee records and HR documents.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of personnel files.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and pre-employment documentation.
• Update HR databases and prepare HR reports as needed.
• Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns and documenting HR cases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
