Job summary

Ventureslink Manpower Services, Inc. (VMSI) is seeking an HR-focused professional in Pasig, Philippines to support internal and external HR matters and manage employee records.

You will enforce policies, assist with HR issues, onboard new hires, and participate in disciplinary meetings and investigations, while handling general admin tasks and client/employee management.

Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative tasks.
• Maintaining accurate employee records, including employee files, time keeping, and other HR documentation.
• Implements orientation for newly-hired employees/employee onboarding.
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
