Job summary

You will collaborate with the HR team on projects to boost employee engagement and handle general administrative tasks. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
