Newcore Industries International Inc in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to support end-to-end HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, engagement, training, and payroll-related activities. You will source candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate onboarding, and help run employee programs.

Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct initial interviews and assist in candidate assessments.
Prepare job offers and pre-employment requirements.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs, company events, and wellness initiatives.
Coordinate team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and internal campaigns.
Support internal communications and employee activities.
Assist in organizing employee orientations and training programs.
Maintain training records and monitor employee participation.
Coordinate logistics for learning and development activities.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation-related activities.
Support the processing and monitoring of employee benefits, including statutory benefits and company-provided benefits.
Assist employees with inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, allowances, and other HR-related concerns.
Maintain accurate compensation and benefits records and documentation.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams and external providers regarding employee benefits and related concerns.
Assist in preparing compensation and benefits reports, trackers, and other required documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR-related reports, trackers, and documentation.
Monitor onboarding, regularization, and employee movements.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Handle HR documentation and filing.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support employee concerns and coordinate with the HR team when necessary.
Assist in implementing employee programs that promote a positive workplace culture.
Perform other HR-related tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
Provide support in HR projects and continuous process improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of HR experience.
Extensive experience in Employee Engagement and/or Training is highly preferred.
Exposure to any HR facet (Recruitment, Employee Relations, Engagement, Training, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
