Rhenus Logistics, Inc. is seeking an HR Administration professional to support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR compliance in the Philippines.
The role involves handling employee records, timekeeping, and benefits administration within a structured HRIS environment. You will coordinate interviews, prepare contracts, and assist with training programs while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy across HR processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Recruitment and Onboarding
Source candidates and post job vacancies through various recruitment channels.
Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare job offer documents and facilitate the hiring process.
Monitor completion of pre-employment requirements.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Prepare and maintain employment contracts and related documentation.
Employee Records and HR Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files.
Manage and update employee information in the HR Information System (HRIS).
Administer employee timekeeping and attendance records.
Monitor employee regularization schedules and employment status changes.
Support employee communications and dissemination of HR-related information.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
Prepare payroll inputs and supporting documentation.
Coordinate payroll-related concerns and provide necessary data for payroll processing.
Administer employee benefits and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
Process and manage government-mandated contributions and remittances such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
Prepare and submit BIR-related reports and ensure tax compliance requirements are met.
Employee Engagement and Development
Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
Support performance management administration activities.
Employee Relations and Compliance
Provide administrative support for employee relations matters and disciplinary processes.
Assist in preparing HR-related notices and documentation as required.
Participate in HR compliance audits and the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support offboarding activities, including exit interviews, clearance processing, and final pay coordination.
Reporting and Metrics
Prepare HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to support management decision-making.
Maintain accurate HR records and reporting databases.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Administration.
Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government statutory requirements.
Experience in recruitment, payroll administration, employee records management, and HR compliance is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva.
Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
