Sasonbi Inc. is seeking an HR Admin in the Philippines to support the Human Capital Management Department. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee records maintenance, attendance and payroll coordination, and internal communications.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR-related field, 1–2 years of HR or admin experience, and strong MS Office skills. Fresh graduates with internships are welcome. The position emphasizes confidentiality and teamwork.
The HR Admin is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Human Capital Management Department. The role assists in recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, attendance and payroll coordination, employee communications, and other HR-related activities while ensuring that company policies and procedures are properly implemented.
Assist in posting job vacancies on appropriate recruitment platforms and social media channels.
Review and screen applicants' resumes and applications.
Coordinate initial and final interviews with applicants and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR interviews and pre-screening of candidates.
Administer and monitor aptitude tests and other pre-employment assessments.
Prepare and coordinate Job Offers and employment-related documents.
Follow up with applicants regarding their application status and requirements.
Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and applicant database.
Coordinate the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
Provide new hires with the required pre-employment documents and company forms.
Verify and organize submitted employee requirements.
Coordinate with relevant departments regarding employee onboarding schedules and requirements.
Assist in conducting company orientation for new employees.
Maintain accurate and updated employee 201 files and personnel records.
Prepare employment certificates, HR letters, memos, and other personnel documents.
Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee information.
Update employee records regarding transfers, promotions, resignations, and other employment changes.
Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, leave applications, and schedule adjustments.
Assist in checking and consolidating attendance-related documents.
Coordinate with employees and supervisors regarding attendance discrepancies.
Assist the Payroll Team in gathering and validating payroll supporting documents.
Monitor submission deadlines for COAs, overtime, schedule adjustments, and other payroll-related documents.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and employment matters.
Assist in preparing and distributing HR announcements and memoranda.
Maintain professional and confidential communication with employees.
Assist in addressing employee concerns and coordinate them with the appropriate HR personnel.
Assist in maintaining HR records and documents required for government and company compliance.
Support the preparation and submission of HR-related reports and documents.
Ensure HR processes are aligned with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Prepare recruitment, attendance, employee movement, and other HR reports.
Maintain HR trackers and databases.
Assist in organizing employee activities, meetings, training, and company events.
Perform other HR administrative duties assigned by the HCM Lead or Management.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of HR or administrative experience is preferred.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship or OJT experience may be considered.
Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and basic HR processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to learn and adapt to different HR functions.
Experience using HRIS or payroll systems.
Experience in recruitment and applicant tracking.
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
