Private Advertiser in Makati City is seeking an HR Generalist to drive end-to-end HR operations and enhance the employee experience across the organization, from recruitment to exit processes. You will own end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, policy compliance, and learning initiatives, collaborating with leaders to boost engagement, performance, and retention.

As an HR Generalist, you will manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring seamless processes and an outstanding employee experience:
End-to-End Recruitment: Source candidates across job platforms, screen resumes, conduct initial behavioral interviews, draft offer letters, and handle pre-employment background checks.
Onboarding & Employee Experience: Facilitate smooth Day-1 orientations, prepare welcome kits, organize 30-60-90 day integration plans, and manage structured offboarding and exit interviews.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for workplace inquiries, resolve grievances promptly, and plan company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Benefits & Payroll Support: Collate and audit monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, leaves), process government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and manage employee HMO enrollments and claims.
Policy & Compliance: Help maintain and update the Employee Handbook in accordance with local labor laws, manage employee 201 files, and facilitate formal disciplinary processes (NTEs and administrative hearings) with strict legal due process.
Performance Management & Development: Assist in executing regular performance appraisal cycles, work with department heads on KPI settings, and coordinate training sessions to address team skill gaps.
Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or similar role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Labor Law Knowledge: Strong understanding of local labor laws, DOLE guidelines, and HR best practices.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
People Skills: High empathy, strong conflict-resolution skills, and the ability to build trust across all levels.
Tools: Tech-savvy; experience with HRIS, ATS, or payroll software is a plus.
