Job summary

Copper and Seals is seeking an HR professional to lead recruitment, staffing, employee relations, and compliance for our projects in Alabang. You will source and hire skilled laborers and administrative staff, screen candidates, and coordinate payroll and benefits administration.

The role requires knowledge of DOLE regulations and local labor laws, strong communication, and the ability to implement performance evaluation systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably with HR experience in the construction or related industry.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, recruitment processes, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Can start as soon as possible.
