Job Responsibilities:
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments, including safety training, anti-harassment training, aptitude exams, and certifications
Acquires background check and employee eligibility verifications
Implements new hire orientation about the company’s rules and regulations
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition and morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations
Maintains compliance with government institutions (SSS, PHIC, PAGIBIG & DOLE) laws and regulations and recommends best practices
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
Monitors maintenance of company properties and personal vehicles
Manages office supplies stock and places orders
Assists and monitors driver’s trip logbook, prepares routes and maps (including details of clients & suppliers)
Arranges travel and accommodations as required
Manages the safety and security of the establishment, including checking in visitors, handling emergency situations, patrolling areas, and preparing reports
