Requirements:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining employee databases and organizing emails and files for the HR department.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave to support payroll processing.
• Assist the HR Manager in policy development, recruitment, and salary administration.
• Handle recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements online, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate orientation and training programs for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries and concerns.
