Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring full compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Handle government‑mandated benefits and contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, and withholding taxes), including timely remittance and reporting.
• Monitor and maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and overtime.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, government requirements, and company policies in all HR‑related activities.
