A leading recruitment firm in the Philippines is seeking a skilled HR Officer to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a background in Psychology or Human Resource Management and solid experience in high volume recruitment. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring effective onboarding. Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task are essential. This full-time position is located on-site in Pasig.

Handles the full life-cycle recruitment including applicant sourcing, resume screening, skills assessments, interviews, and background checks for new hires. Proven track record of closing open hiring as a recruiter, has an extensive network of professionals in preferably in an IT related industry hiring various positions from non-technical to technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Graduate of 4-year course, preferably Psychology or Human Resource Management with 2-5 years experience in high volume recruitment.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Ensure all job vacancies and candidates are fully assessed and processed in a timely manner.
• Ensure all hiring are completed and closed based on turn-around-time.
• Serve as brand ambassador at various in-person and online events—such as job fairs, job caravans, on-campus recruiting events
• Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to coordinate and collaborate with all levels in the organization.
• Ability to multi-task and a team player. Experience in other HR related facets is a plus.

Job Summary

Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process that includes candidate attraction, pre-screening, testing, interviewing, vetting and on-boarding.
