• Posting job ads, screening applicants, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new employees.
• Administering payroll, managing employee benefits packages, and helping to create competitive compensation strategies.
• Handling employee conflicts, disciplinary actions, and grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Identifying training needs, organizing employee development programs, and supporting career growth.
• Ensuring the organization follows all labor laws and regulations and maintaining accurate employee records.
