Job summary

Smart Save Solar is building its People & Culture team in the Philippines to support recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

We are seeking a qualified HR professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR to help create a positive and productive work environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, high discretion, and proficiency in MS Office are essential; knowledge of Philippine labor laws is a plus.
