Environmental-Health Laboratory Services Cooperative is seeking an HR assistant to process timekeeping, manage employee benefits, and maintain accurate HRIS records. The role supports HR administration and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, with fresh graduates welcomed and a practical, organized, and confident demeanor. This position offers a direct-hire arrangement and a standard Monday–Friday schedule in a
Process and monitor employee timekeeping and attendance records through the HRIS.
Assist in managing employee life insurance and other benefits.
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data.
Assist with other HR administrative and employee-related tasks as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field;
Preferably with at least six (6) months of relevant HR experience;
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
Strong and confident personality;
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
